B - Bikram Yoga (90 min)
*60, *75 - Music class, Hot Yoga (60 or 75 min, please attend at least 5 regular Bikram classes before attending)
H1 - Hot Yoga 1 Hour
NIA - fusion dance fitness, 60 min. with music and instruction.
A - Anusara Yoga (75 min)
PY - Power Yoga (1 hour)
PIL - Pilates (1 hour)
VIN - Vinyasa (1 hour)
MS - Meridian Stretch (1 hour)


Please come 10-15 minutes early and be prepared to sweat!
We recommend bringing two towels, one for yoga, the other for drying-off or showering. Yoga mats are required. If you do not have one, we rent as well as sell mats.
Make sure to come to class plenty hydrated. Also bring water for class. For your convenience, we sell bottled water.
Clothing that is close-fitting breathable and lightweight is best for yoga.
For optimal comfort and benefits, eat lightly two to three hours before class.
Please no active cell phones or pagers in class.
