What is Hatha Yoga? How long is each class? 90, 75, or 60 minutes depending on the class. What if I'm not flexible enough? (i.e. "I can't touch my toes, how can I do yoga!") What if I'm a beginner surrounded by experts? Why is the room heated? What should I wear and bring with me to class? Is it normal to feel nauseous, dizzy, or tired?
