Hot Yoga - the traditional 26 postures following the Bikram style of yoga.  The practice is done in a hot and humid room designed to warm your muscles and help rid the body of toxins.  The emphasis in this class is alignment and coordinating the breath with the subtle movement of the body.  After five years, this is still our most popular class.  This class lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Music Class - A class of the 26 Hot Yoga postures set to music.  There is no instruction.  the instructor is present in class but does not adjust the students' asanas.  Please take at least five Hot Yoga classes before trying a music class.  This class is designed to be quiet and meditative.  It is approximately 75 minutes long.

Vinyasa Yoga - The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.  Classes generally begin with Sun Salutations and conclude with a gentle stretch.  In between, expect a great core workout, balancing sequences and arm balances.  The room is warm to entice warm muscles, but not hot.

Hatha Vinyasa - taught by Lurie, this is a gentle Vinyasa flow in a room that is not as warm as our other classes.  If you are new to yoga or prefer a traditional yoga experience, this is the class for you.

"By the power and truth of this practice may all beings have happiness and
the cause of happiness.  May all never be separated from the sacred happiness which is
sorrowlessness, and may all beings live in equanimity without too much attachment and
too much aversion.  Live believing in the equality of all that lives."
